INSPIRING TOMORROW'S LEADERS

The mission of the Association of C5 Youth Programs is to change the odds for high-potential teens from under-resourced communities by inspiring them to pursue personal success, while preparing them for leadership roles in school, college, work and their communities.

THE C5 PROGRAM EMPOWERS LEADERS TO BE:

  • Character Driven

  • Community Focused

  • Challenge Ready

  • College/Career Bound

  • Committed to a Better Future

"Through a warm sense of community and leadership that C5 has provided, I have been able to build my own path in life, leading me to exciting beginnings with confidence that I will do great!”

Karla, C5 Class of 2023

CREATING LASTING CHANGE

The Association of C5 Youth Programs creates lasting change by providing a comprehensive youth development program that instills essential leadership skills, fosters perseverance, provides college access engagements, career exploration opportunities and empowers our leaders to become agents of positive change within their communities.

SUPPORT OUR PROGRAMS

Research has shown that the odds of graduating from high school and successfully entering college are heavily influenced by many forces beyond the classroom.

We believe youth should have equitable opportunities to achieve success regardless of their background, community, or life circumstances.

C5 empowers our leaders to recognize their full potential and understand that their path to success is achievable with the right tools, support, and essential skills to guide them along the way.

THE C5 ROAD MAP

With locations in Georgia, Los Angeles, New England and Texas, we work with more than 1,000 young leaders annually.  Over the course of five years in our program, leaders refine and practice their leadership skills as they immerse themselves in experiential learning, civic engagement, and college/career-exploration.

As C5 Leaders engage themselves in outdoor challenges, perform community service, attend weekend educational sessions and more, they are developing the skills, mindset and character required for academic persistence, community impact and success for life.
